VIN Decode Enhancement

• This enhancement will improve our VIN decode match rate from 70% accuracy to 95% match rate.

Early Release Values

• This enhancement will accelerate the valuation of vehicles that do not have any or only a few transaction as a used model, resulting in no data in these lookups.

In 2024 Values Online and MarketValues is making security and strategic enhancements to their respective products. Please see below for changes to your account coming January 2024 and enjoy this how-to video for updating your users access within your subscription settings.

• VIN Precision+ now included with all data subscriptions
• Shared credentials will no longer be permitted
• Direct Access login will no longer be permitted
  • Every user accessing via and company intranet will need a unique name and password
• Shared devices will no longer be permitted
• A $25 per additional user per month fee will apply starting in March 2024
  • This only applies to Values Online and Vales Online-MarketValues Combined subscriptions

Please take the time to access your account today and remove old users and update any new users on the platform.

MarketValues App Commercial Trucks

Additional Changes in 2024:

The Values Online Web 25 Mini-Pack will be discontinued to purchase from the online store and call center. This will become effective January 1st 2024. All current customers will have access to their account until all valuations have been used or annual agreement expires.
